Anti-IgA Antibody [KT13] - Identical to Abcam (ab106706)

Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone KT13) raised against IgA and offered by Antibodies.com as a primary reagent for ELISA and WB applications. The antibody is of the IgG2a isotype, produced in mouse, unconjugated, and supplied in liquid form. It reacts with human samples and was generated using recombinant human IgA2 as immunogen.

The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide, and the IgG fraction has been purified through a Protein A column. Recommended working dilutions are 1 µg/ml for ELISA and between 1/1,000 and 1/20,000 for WB. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The concentration is 1 mg/ml.
