Anti-IgA Antibody [KT129]

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rat monoclonal antibody (clone KT129) is raised against IgA and reacts with mouse IgA. It is supplied as a liquid preparation suitable for use in ELISA applications.

The antibody is of the IgG2a isotype and is provided unconjugated. It is purified via a Protein G column and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 0.09% Sodium Azide, at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. The recommended dilution for ELISA is 1/1,000. The immunogen used was mouse IgA.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. This product is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
