Anti-Ig Kappa Light Chain Antibody [KT102]

This mouse monoclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, targets the kappa light chain and is reactive with rat samples. Clone KT102 is of mouse origin with an IgG1 isotype and is provided unconjugated in liquid form.

Validated applications include ELISA and Western blot, with recommended dilutions of 1/1,000 for ELISA and 1/500–1/10,000 for Western blot. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 0.09% sodium azide, with the immunoglobulin fraction purified through a Protein A column. The immunogen used is rat IgGb2.

It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. This product is intended for research use only.
