Anti-Ig Kappa Light Chain Antibody (HRP) [KT102] - Identical to Abcam (ab170326)

Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone KT102) raised against the kappa light chain and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for ELISA and Western blot (WB). The reagent is of the IgG1 isotype and is raised in mouse, with reactivity demonstrated against rat samples, and is provided as a liquid preparation.

Per the manufacturer's specification, the antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline, carrier-free, with optional 0.01% thimerosal. IgG is purified through a Protein A column and labelled with horseradish peroxidase. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended starting dilutions are 1/2,000 for ELISA and 1/500–1/10,000 for WB.
