Anti-IFT88 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against IFT88, also known as Intraflagellar transport protein 88 homolog. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 108 kDa.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, the antibody reacts with human and mouse samples. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 534–833 of human IFT88 (NP_783195.2).
