Anti-IFNLR1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting IFNLR1, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for Western blot (WB) applications. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and has been validated for WB with reactivity against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended working dilutions for WB are 1:1,000–1:4,000.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 21–228 of human IFNLR1 (NP_734464.1). The target is also referred to as IL28RA and has a reported molecular weight of 53 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
