Anti-IFNL1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against IFNL1 (also known as IL-29). The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 20-200 of human IFNL1 (NP_742152.1). The target has a reported molecular weight of 22 kDa. Reactivity has been demonstrated against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity purification. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:100-1:200.
