Anti-IFNGR2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against IFNGR2 (also known as IFN gamma Receptor beta/AF-1), supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent and validated for Western blot applications. Distributed under the Antibodies.com brand, the antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 200 to the C-terminus of human IFNGR2 (NP_005525.2). The antibody is affinity purified and provided in liquid form, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 38 kDa. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is suggested, and the reagent concentration is lot specific.
