Anti-IFNG Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against human Interferon gamma (IFNG), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated liquid reagent in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 24–166 of human IFNG (NP_000610.2), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 24 kDa.

Validated for Western blot at a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 and for immunohistochemistry, the antibody is of the IgG isotype and reacts with human samples. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
