Anti-IFNAR2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting IFNAR2, listed by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications.

Reactivity is reported in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 101–243 of human IFNAR2 (NP_997468.1). It is supplied as a liquid with a reported molecular weight of 95 kDa, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:1,000–1:5,000, IHC 1:50–1:100, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.
