A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against IFNAR1 when phosphorylated at serine residues 535 and 539. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and it is reactive with human IFNAR1. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications.
The immunogen is a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S535/S539 of human IFNAR1. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
