Anti-IFNAR1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the human IFNAR1 target and is intended for use in western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. The immunogen is a recombinant protein corresponding to human IFNAR1, allowing the antibody to detect endogenous levels of the total IFNAR1 protein. The product is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume, unconjugated, and formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Shipping is performed at 4 °C; upon receipt the reagent should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance. The antibody has been validated for reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of interferon signalling.
