Anti-IFNAR1 Antibody

Polyclonal affinity-purified reagent raised in rabbit against the human interferon alpha and beta receptor subunit 1 (IFNAR1), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody in a 100 µl liquid format.

IFNAR1 is the ligand-binding component of the heterodimeric type I interferon receptor and drives JAK-STAT signaling downstream of IFN-α and IFN-β, so it is commonly investigated in antiviral immunity, cytokine pathway mapping, and autoimmune disease research. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal, which gives broad epitope coverage useful when probing native as well as denatured IFNAR1.

Validation has been performed for western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples, and the reagent is provided unconjugated so it can be paired with a secondary antibody of the researcher's choice for chemiluminescent or chromogenic detection.
