Anti-IFNA2 Antibody [KT5]

A mouse monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, clone KT5, targets Interferon alpha 2 (IFNA2) and is validated for ELISA applications, reacting with human samples. The unconjugated IgG1 antibody is supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/ml, purified through a Protein A column, and was generated using recombinant human IFNa2a as the immunogen.

The formulation consists of Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are ELISA at 1 µg/ml and Western Blot between 1/500 and 1/10,000.
