Anti-IFNA2 Antibody [KT107]

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rat monoclonal (clone KT107) specific for Interferon alpha 2. Supplied as a liquid preparation and unconjugated, it is of the IgG2a isotype and reacts with human samples, validated for use in ELISA.

The immunogen used was recombinant human IFNa2b, and IgG is purified through a Protein A column. The antibody is provided at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended dilutions are 1/1,000 for ELISA and 1/500–1/10,000 for WB.
