Anti-IFNA1 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent targeting Interferon alpha 1 (IFNA1). It is of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 24-189 of human Interferon alpha 1 (IFN-a1, NP_076918.1). The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, is validated for Western blot and is listed for WB and IF applications.

The reagent is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Reported molecular weights are 18 kDa and 22 kDa. A recommended Western blot dilution of 1:500-1:1,000 is given. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C on arrival, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Two scientific validation images are included.
