Anti-IFN-R1 (L461) Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit antibody raised against IFN-R1 (L461), distributed by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, with reactivity reported across human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 410-460 of human IFN-R1, and the antibody is described as detecting endogenous levels of Interferon alpha/beta receptor 1 protein.
