Anti-IFN-αR2 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com and supplied through AFMS, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the N-terminal region of human interferon-alpha receptor subunit 2 and is intended for the qualitative detection of endogenous IFN-αR2 protein. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/mL in a 50 µl liquid format containing PBS with 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is provided in an unconjugated state suitable for standard immunoassays. It has been validated for Western blot (illustrated on 293 cell lysates) and ELISA, and its reactivity has been confirmed against human samples. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, ensuring selective recognition of the IFN-αR2 target.
