Anti-IFN-γRα (G456) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent directed against IFN-γRα (G456). It is unconjugated and validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence applications (IF/ICC), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 430–480 of human IFN-γRα as immunogen and detects endogenous levels of IFN-γRα protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target corresponds to a molecular weight of approximately 54 and 90 kDa.

The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
