Anti-IFM3 Antibody

Offered through the Antibodies.com catalogue, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against interferon-induced transmembrane protein 3 (IFM3), a small 14 kDa interferon-stimulated protein encoded by the IFITM3 gene (UniProt Q01628). The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1-50 of the human IFM3 sequence, and the antibody is supplied in a 50 µl liquid format at approximately 1 mg/mL. It is unconjugated and ships as a buffered aqueous solution (PBS, pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide) that should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Verified endpoints include Western blotting at 1:500-1:1000 and immunofluorescence at 1:100-1:500, and the reagent performs on human, rat and mouse samples, making it well suited to studies of innate immune restriction, viral entry and interferon signalling in cell and tissue lysates.
