Anti-IFITM3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets human IFITM3 (interferon-induced transmembrane protein 3) and is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot of liquid formulated in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human IFITM3, and the reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows, detecting endogenous levels of IFITM3 protein in human samples. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
