Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com and raised against IFITM3. The reagent is provided unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) applications.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 9-54 of human IFITM3, and the antibody is intended to detect endogenous levels of IFITM3 protein in human, mouse and rat samples. IFITM3 has a reported molecular weight of approximately 15 kDa. After affinity purification using the epitope-specific immunogen, purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
