Anti-IFIT3 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises IFIT3, also referred to as IFIT3/P60, with a reported molecular weight of 60 kDa.

The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and is validated by the manufacturer for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), supported by 3 scientific validation images. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC: 1:100–1:200.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 128–331 of mouse IFIT3 (NP_034631.1). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
