Anti-IFI-16 Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com binds human and mouse IFI-16, an interferon-inducible PYHIN protein that surveys the cytosol for double-stranded DNA and signals through STING to drive type I interferon production. Researchers studying innate immunity, viral DNA sensing, inflammasome assembly, and the cGAS-STING pathway use the antibody to track endogenous IFI-16 levels across cell lines, primary tissues, and disease models linked to lupus, Aicardi-Goutières syndrome, and several cancers.
