Anti-IER3 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG targets IER3 (also referred to as IEX1) and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human and mouse samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 50 to the C-terminus of human IER3 (NP_003888.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 17 kDa. It has been purified by affinity chromatography and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC. Concentration is lot specific.

For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
