Anti-IDS Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Iduronate 2 sulfatase (IDS). The unconjugated IgG antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is supplied as a liquid.

It has been validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 34-290 of human IDS (NP_006114.1). The target has a molecular weight of 60 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100-1:500, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200.

The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
