Anti-IDO1 Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO1), supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The unconjugated IgG reagent was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–403 of human IDO1 (NP_002155.1) and is affinity purified, with a reported molecular weight of 40 kDa.

Validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, the antibody is reactive with Human and Rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Products are shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted on arrival and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Supporting data include Western blot analysis of SKOV3 cells and of A-549 cells treated with hIFN-gamma (100 ng/ml at 37°C for 48 hours), each run at a 1:500 dilution with lysates loaded at 25 µg per lane and detected using a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000 in 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST with an ECL Basic Kit. An immunofluorescence image of U2OS cells at 1:50 (40x lens) with DAPI nuclear counterstain is also available. The reagent is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
