Anti-IDH2 Antibody

The unconjugated reagent is produced in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, supporting a range of cross-species research applications.

The immunogen is recombinant full length Human IDH2, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of IDH2 protein. It is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of >95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target protein has a molecular weight of ~51kDa. Isotype is reported as IgG.
