Anti-IDH2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets IDH2 and is supplied as a liquid preparation. It is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and has been validated for reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 193–452 of human IDH2 (NP_002159.2), and the target protein runs at a molecular weight of 43 kDa.

Validated applications include Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation, and chromatin immunoprecipitation. Suggested starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, 1:20–1:50 for ICC/IF, 1:50–1:200 for IP, and 1:20–1:100 for ChIP. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

The product is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.3 containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and the antibody has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; on arrival, aliquots should be stored at –20°C and freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
