Anti-IDH1 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent targeting isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1). The unconjugated antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and, according to the manufacturer's data sheet, has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The Antibodies.com product entry additionally lists immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), immunoprecipitation (IP) and chromatin immunoprecipitation (CHIP) as tested applications, and notes that five scientific validation images are available.

The immunogen used for immunisation was a recombinant human IDH1 protein, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total IDH1. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using the immunogen. The product is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
