Anti-IDH1 Antibody

This unconjugated polyclonal antibody recognizes isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1), the cytosolic NADP-dependent enzyme responsible for converting isocitrate to alpha-ketoglutarate in the citric acid cycle. Supplied by Antibodies.com and raised in rabbit, the reagent is provided in a 100 µl vial at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH approximately 7.2, with 0.05% sodium azide included as a preservative to inhibit microbial growth during storage.

Validated applications include western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation, and chromatin immunoprecipitation, enabling detection of IDH1 in fixed tissue sections, whole-cell lysates, native protein complexes, and chromatin-associated fractions.
