Anti-IDH1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the IDH1 target and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent. It is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and has been shown to react with human, mouse, rat and monkey samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–240 of human IDH1 (NP_005887.2). It is provided as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration, with a reported molecular weight of 46 kDa, and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Purification is by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
