Anti-IDE Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targeting Insulin-degrading enzyme (IDE), offered by Antibodies.com, is raised in rabbit and is of the IgG isotype. It is supplied unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications with Human and Mouse samples.

The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–250 of the human Insulin-degrading enzyme (NP_004960.2), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 118 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:10–1:100. The reagent has been KO validated, with concentration reported as lot specific. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
