Anti-ID3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ID3, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples. It is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with recommended dilutions of 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–119 of human ID3 (NP_002158.3) and purified by affinity chromatography. Supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
