Anti-ID2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against Inhibitor of DNA Binding 2 (ID2), this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied at 1 mg/ml in a 100 µl vial of PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples. ID2 is a helix-loop-helix transcription regulator that antagonises basic bHLH factors to control cell cycle exit and lineage decisions in neural progenitors, lymphocytes, and epithelia, with altered expression reported in colorectal, breast, and other carcinomas. Aliquots stored at -20 °C protect the polyclonal preparation from repeated freeze-thaw cycles, with brief storage at 4 °C suitable for working volumes.
