The ID1 protein (Inhibitor of DNA Binding 1) is a member of the helix-loop-helix transcription factor family that acts as a dominant negative regulator of basic HLH transcription factors. This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and is unconjugated, supporting flexible detection workflows. It recognizes ID1 across human, mouse, and rat samples, enabling comparative studies of cell proliferation, differentiation, angiogenesis, and tumor biology research.
The reagent is supplied as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It is validated for western blot applications, supporting detection of endogenous ID1 in cell lysates and tissue homogenates. For handling, aliquot the antibody upon receipt and store frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles; thaw on ice before each use.
