Anti-ID1 Antibody

A Primary Antibody from Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody to ID1. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 123–155 of human ID1 (NP_002156.2), and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Reported molecular weights are 45 kDa / 16 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon arrival for storage at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilution for WB is 1:100–1:500.
