Anti-ICOSLG Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against ICOS ligand (ICOSLG) and supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is recombinant full-length Human ICOSLG, and the antibody recognises endogenous levels of ICOSLG protein. The product is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen and is reported at >95% purity by SDS-PAGE. The isotype is IgG and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 33 kDa.
