Anti-ICOSLG Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets ICOS Ligand (ICOSLG). The IgG reagent is supplied unconjugated in liquid form and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, reacting with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 19–256 of human ICOSL (NP_056074.1), and the antibody is affinity purified. It is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The reported molecular weight is 60 kDa. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500 and IHC 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
