Anti-ICOS Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab175401)

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ICOS and supplied through Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation. The reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with applications also reported for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF).

It is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, at a lot-specific concentration. The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 21–140 of human ICOS/CD278 (NP_036224.1), and the protein target migrates at 30–40 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
