Description
A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting ICOS, raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated. The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.
It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, with a reported molecular weight of ~22 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen (recombinant full length Human ICOS), and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). Specificity is directed against endogenous levels of ICOS protein. Two scientific validation images accompany the product.
