ICOS (Inducible T-cell CO-Stimulator) is a CD28-family co-stimulatory molecule expressed on activated CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes, where it engages the ICOS ligand (ICOSL/B7-H2) to amplify T-cell receptor signaling. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit and is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% glycerol, in a 100 µl vial. It recognizes endogenous ICOS in human, mouse, and rat samples and has been validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows. The antibody supports studies of T-cell activation, immune checkpoint biology, follicular helper T-cell differentiation, and PI3K/AKT pathway signaling, where ICOS expression serves as a readout of antigen-driven lymphocyte stimulation.
