Anti-ICMT Antibody

Antibodies.com offers this primary antibody raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent directed against ICMT. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 175–284 of human ICMT (NP_036537.1).

The reagent is supplied as a liquid at lot-specific concentration and the target protein migrates at 32 kDa. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Three scientific validation images are available.
