Description
From Antibodies.com, this polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against ICAM4 and detects endogenous levels of ICAM4 protein. It is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The immunogen is recombinant full length Human ICAM4. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, achieving >95% purity (by SDS-PAGE). The target protein has a molecular weight of ~29kDa.
