Anti-ICAM4 Antibody

Antibodies.com provides this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody against ICAM4, validated for Western blot (WB) and reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. The reagent is raised in rabbit, is of polyclonal clonality with an IgG isotype, and is supplied as a liquid preparation.

The recommended dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20–140 of human ICAM4 (NP_001034221.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 29 kDa. After affinity purification, the antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
