Anti-ICAM3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody available from Antibodies.com, raised against ICAM3 and validated for Western blot on human samples. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 270–490 of human ICAM3 (NP_002153.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 140 kDa. Recommended dilution for Western blot is 1:500–1:1,000, as illustrated by a Western blot of U-937 lysates using the antibody at 1:1,000 with a goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L HRP secondary at 1:10,000. Lysates were loaded at 25 µg per lane with 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST as blocking buffer and detection via an ECL Basic Kit with a 10 second exposure.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. The reagent is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
