Anti-ICAM1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises ICAM1 and is supplied in an unconjugated, liquid format. Raised in rabbit and of IgG isotype, it has been validated for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence work, with reactivity reported against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 120–320 of human ICAM-1/CD54 (NP_000192.2).

The reagent is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Reported molecular weight targets are 89 kDa and 92 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:1,000–1:5,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
