Description
From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises ICAM-5 and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human ICAM-5 and specifically detects endogenous levels of ICAM-5 protein.
Validated for Western blot (WB), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 97 kDa, and one scientific validation image is available.
