Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against ICAM-2 and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is intended for the detection of endogenous levels of ICAM-2 protein.
It was generated using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 198–243 of Human ICAM-2 and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. The reported molecular weight of the target is ~56 kDa, and the purity is >95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
