Anti-ICAM-1 (phospho-Y512) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ICAM-1 (phospho-Y512), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. The reagent is unconjugated and raised in rabbit against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human ICAM-1 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 512, giving specificity for endogenous ICAM-1 only when phosphorylated at Tyr512.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and is reported at > 95% purity by SDS-PAGE. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and recognises ICAM-1 with an observed molecular weight of approximately 58 and 96 kDa.
